How are complaints being processed? |
||
All complaints received will be processed by the Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) of the agency. The CART browses, evaluates, and determines the complaints received on a daily basis. The CART shall investigate the unit or office subjected by the complaint, if necessary. After the conduct of the investigation, the CART shall submit within ten (10) working days an incident report and recommendation to address the complaint for the Administrator’s appropriate action and approval. The CART shall inform the complainant via email of the action taken by the agency to address the lodged complaint. |
