The National Mapping and Resource and Information Authority (NAMRIA), through its Morale and Welfare Health and Wellness Committee, successfully conducted the NAMRIA Sportsfest 2026 in support of employee wellness, camaraderie, and work-life balance. The initiative aligns with the Civil Service Commission’s physical and mental fitness program for government employees and forms part of the agency’s continuing efforts under the guidance and leadership of NAMRIA Administrator Usec. Peter N. Tiangco, PhD, CESO I, to promote a healthy and balanced workplace environment while strengthening teamwork and organizational unity among employees.

Government agencies, industry leaders, and key stakeholders convened at the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority’s (NAMRIA) Hydrography Consultation and Networking for Enhancing Collaboration and Transformation–Philippines (HYDRO-CONNECT PH) to discuss maritime developments and challenges, present the agency’s undertakings, and identify priority areas for future hydrographic efforts.

In a significant move to fortify the country’s maritime safety infrastructure, the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA), through its Hydrography Branch (HB), hosted a high-level fact-finding mission from the International Organization for Marine Aids to Navigation (IALA) World-Wide Academy (WWA) on 07 May 2026. The activity focused on assessing the agency’s hydrographic services and maritime safety processes to identify potential specialized projects and capacity-building opportunities aimed at enhancing the country’s production of critical maritime safety information.

New Fees and Charges
for NAMRIA Products and Services

This is to inform the public that the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) has issued Memorandum Circular No. 2026-005, Series of 2026, entitled:

"New Fees and Charges for the Products and Services of the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA)"

The Circular prescribes new fees and charges for selected NAMRIA products and services not included in the current schedule published in the Official Gazette. Existing rates under NAMRIA Memorandum Circular No.1 dated 14 March 2011 shall remain in effect unless otherwise revised. All covered transactions shall be subject to the applicable fees under this Circular.

All concerned clients and stakeholders are therefore encouraged to refer to the official issuance for complete details.
