NAMRIA joined the kick-off rally for the Bagong Pilipinas campaign at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila on 28 January 2024. Thousands of Filipinos from various sectors, including government units and academia, participated in the event.

The pre-program, which featured different performances, began at 2 p.m., but people flocked to the venue as early as 10 a.m. The main program started at 6 p.m. and was joined by approximately 400,000 people, according to the Manila Police District.

President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. (PBBM), Vice President Sara Duterte, Malacañang key officials, and Executive Department Heads graced the kick-off rally. Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga joined the event. Representatives from other local government units were also present, including Manila Mayor Honey Lacuña-Pangan.

The kick-off rally also offered services from different national government agencies through the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair, a one-stop shop that aims to improve government services and bring these services closer to the public. Among the agencies who extended their services were the Philippine National Police (PNP), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Social Security System (SSS), PAGIBIG Fund, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

There was also a commitment wall where attendees could sign to show their support for the administration's advocacies.

Based on Memorandum Circular No. 24 issued by the Office of the President on 03 July 2023, Bagong Pilipinas (New Philippines) is the brand of governance and leadership of President Marcos Jr.'s administration. Bagong Pilipinas is characterized by a principled, accountable, and dependable government, reinforced by a unified institution of society—a testament to PBBM's commitment to a better Philippines.
