NAMRIA conducts part 2 on cascading of updates on human resource policies and programs

NAMRIA, through the Administrative Division (AD) of the Support and Services Branch (SSB), conducted the last segment of the two-part cascading program about the updates on human resource policies and programs. The event was held at the NAMRIA Lecture Hall, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, and at the Hydrography Branch (HB) Conference Hall, San Nicolas, Manila on 26 and 28 September 2017, respectively.

The cascading covered the agency’s program to support and mainstream the National Government initiative programs on Executive Order No. 2, Series of 2016 also known as Operationalizing In The Executive Branch The People’s Constitutional Right To Information And The State Policies To Full Public Disclosure And Transparency In The Public Service And Providing Guidelines Therefor, and the Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) of 2007.

The topics presented were Freedom of Speech at the Hype of Social Media, Freedom of Information (FOI), and ARTA of 2007. After the presentations, open forums between the resource persons and participants followed.

The resource persons for the program were NAMRIA Legal Officer Atty. Jessie A. Racimo, Geospatial Information Services Division (GISD) Chief Maria Romina D. Pe Benito, and SSB Supervising Officer Xenia R. Andres. The program was facilitated by Ms. Florence M. Acle, Ms. Annalyn P. Perez, Ms. Eunice Nicole M. Zapanta, and Mr. Rommel D.Villaber of the Human Resource and Development Section.
