With the approval of Administrator, Usec. Peter N. Tiangco, PhD, NAMRIA, through its Hydrography Branch, conducted the first of two e-Kapihan sessions. The sessions were activities for the month-long celebration of the Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANA Mo) 2023. The theme of MANA Mo 2023 is Kapuluan, Kabuluhan, Kaunlaran (Archipelago, Significance, Development). The topic for Episode 1 was "Industry Updates and Partner Institutions' Best Practices," while that for Episode 2 was "Ikaw na Katuwang sa Ligtas na Paglalayag." Episode 1 was streamed live via the NAMRIA YouTube Channel on 11 September 2023. LCdr Lorena Jasmin D Lerio and Ltjg Angelica B Prado were the resource persons with SN3 Rhean Mark A Monilla as the host.
