NAMRIA Administrator, Usec. Peter N. Tiangco, PhD met with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Sec. Jose "Jerry" Rizalino L. Acuzar for exploratory talks for joint project undertakings. The meeting was held at the DHSUD office in Quezon City on 17 February 2023. A possible major undertaking of the DHSUD where NAMRIA's data and expertise can be of great assistance is the development of settlement centers outside of the National Capital Region, from North to South Luzon. This will include expressways and other roads, ports, etc. Before the meeting ended, Administrator Tiangco invited Secretary Acuzar to visit NAMRIA to know more about the agency's technical capabilities. Administrator Tiangco was accompanied in the meeting by Atty. Jessie M. Racimo, Chief of the Administrative Division-Support Services Branch.
