Administrator Tiangco's talk was on Innovation in a Crisis: Supporting the COVID-19 Response through Geospatial Information and People Strategy Innovations.  His discussion was divided into four approaches: (1) repurposing resources, (2) providing support mechanisms, (3) fully embracing digital transformation, and (4) retooling mindsets.  He explained how the approaches ensure that the agency maintains its essential functions during the pandemic or in any emergency situation, and enhances employee productivity.  He said that "The biggest honors go to our people. They have enabled NAMRIA to go this far."  He also spoke of his aspirations of Gold or Platinum for the agency in the next assessment.

The concourse ended with the congratulatory messages given to the three organizations for their accreditations.
