NCC conducts landscape photography in Laguna

As part of NAMRIA’s morale and welfare program, members of the NAMRIA Camera Club (NCC) conducted landscape photography in the municipalities of Luisiana, and Los Baños, in the Province of Laguna, on 07 March 2017.

The one-day activity consisted of photo shoots in the forested areas of the two municipalities.  In Luisiana, NCC members focused on Hulugan Falls located in Barangay Salvador; and in Los Baños, focused on the campus of the University of the Philippines. The photos taken served as the NCC entries in the Photography Competition and Exhibit, with the theme “Forest and Energy” as sponsored by the Forest Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.  The activity was conducted through the initiative of the NCC President, Director Ruel DM. Belen of the Mapping and Geodesy Branch (MGB).

The NCC members who participated in the activity were: Mr. Joselito J. Eugenio, Ms. Sheya Joy M. Bantolo, and Mr. Homer H. Mesa from MGB; Mr. Decem Caesar F. Gacho from the Resource Data Analysis Branch; Mr. Vener Quintin C. Taguba, Jr. and this writer from the Geospatial Information System Management Branch; and Mr. Rowel G. Razal, Mr. Ariel B. Ladrido, and Mr. Romulo S. Narcida, Jr. from the Support Services Branch.
