NAMRIA celebrates 118th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary

With the theme “Lingkod Bayani: Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makabayan,” NAMRIA joined the national celebration of the 118th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA).  The official kick-off activity was held during the Responsive, Accessible, Courteous, and Effective Public Service or 2018 R.A.C.E. to Serve Fun Run held at the Quirino Grandstand, Manila City on 02 September 2018.

NAMRIA announced the agency’s PCSA monthlong activities during its flag-raising ceremony on 03 September 2018.  A major activity that was launched was the Mr. NAMRIA Bayanihang Bayan Contest 2018, a fundraising activity led by the NAMRIA Bayanihang Bayan Desk (BBD) under the NAMRIA Morale and Welfare Committee.  The activity aimed to raise funds for the Philippine Cerebral Palsy Inc.
 
The NAMRIA Administrator presides over the oath-taking ceremony for newly-hired and promoted employees.
 
 
The other activities for the celebration were the following: NAMRIA Awareness Program: Continuing the Journey towards Excellence; Open House (Tour of NAMRIA Museum of Surveying and Mapping); NAMRIA Citizenship Program: Orientation for New Employees; NAMRIA Citizenship Program: Work Values Orientation Program; Annual Physical Examination for CAREHEALTH Plus Members under the Platinum Care Program;  Spoken Poetry Contest; Civil Service Commission Executive Committee meeting; NAMRIA Trade Fair; NAMRIA Friendship Games with Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau; 7 Habits of Highly Effective Government Employees Seminar; Memorandum of Agreement signing with the Department of Education Division Office Malabon City, Metro Manila for the  InPhilGeoMap System donation; and the culminating activity, the NAMRIA Loyalty Awards and Uniformed Personnel Recognition Rites.
